Nogal lang stuk. Samengevat staat dit er:

1 - Elke politieke partij mag maximaal 150 moties per jaar indienen.

2 - Per debat mogen er maximaal twee moties per partij worden ingediend.

Then combine it using another book with a lot of pages, e.g. a novel or cookbook. Write down the website and username in the notebook, then write down the password in the other book at some blank space at a random page and finally write the page number next to the entry in the notebook.

I don't think that's secure enough. Once somebody manages to get hold of your notebook, he/she will have access to all your accounts. At least be sure to have MFA enabled and not write down your e-mail password used for restoring passwords.
