It has to be manageable. You have the discipline to manage w/out for the w/end. Many don't so give them s.t. that they can do.

Just about an hour ago I posted a blog on linked in about taking a sledgehammer to downsizing. I did not even see this latest folly but anyone who knows anything about organizations could see this happening.
