The pursuit of knowledge has become prohibitively expensive for those not able to use that specific knowledge in work. Whether it's been deliberate or not, we currently lack ppl in the trades needed to build & maintain. Ppl can go on to career change & study later in life too. Like I did.

It can't analyse Docs who hvnt seen the patient..because there aren't enough Doctors being employed.

It's not an excuse as a 30 yr mental health professional, I & the rest in my field were actively searching for signs of Dementia. We observed none when everyone was claiming it..however, at times he was infected we DID notice memory deterioration. He became ill day of debate.

We do hv a Nuffield near me! I'm seeing my GP for 1st time in ages to discuss MRI & nxt steps in NHS as Private physio & Scan cleared me out for now. I don't whether to pay for a private appt wi a Surgeon to speed thru all the hoops 🤷

He caught COVID 3/4 times during Presidency, inc during CNN debate wi Trump. At his age I'm not surprised at fluctuations in memory at those times..but it wasn't consistent throughout 4 yrs..unlike Trump's severe PD & learning disability.

I do understand your frustration. I'm limited re exercise due Neuro probs down right hand side associated wi cerebrovascular disease on my brain stem. I am thinking about swimming/aqua therapy tho?

Your condition is terrible, I'm so sorry & it is the 1 I'm really scared of. Currently there's no impingement on any nerves but disc debris is skirting & occasionally irritating at L5 root. Which as u know gives Sciatica type pain on top of arthritis pain.

Look thanks..I can only speak as I find & at first he was combative but we aired our respective positions & agreed we'd never agree but that was ok.I have to say while I was badly grieving he was very very kind.

Honestly..No one is going to do anything against him. As pessimistic as it sounds, I do not believe there's any remedy for what's unfolding. He's got Nuclear deals wi the middle east & Ru, likely Iran will join too.
