UK has ambitious plans for a National AI Model. As our nearest English speaking neighbour with similar cultural leanings it may be an idea for Irish Government to look at some level of partnership. #AI

First morning of Christmas hols. Two loads of Guinness bread in the oven. Cup of coffee and some of #SeagullBakery Stollen bread.

While the oven was hot I made brown soda bread with Macroom wholemeal flour. I use a 50/50 mix with white flour. I add brown sugar and to be honest I don’t worry if there are lumps…. Nice caramel feature when eating

Chatting about AI with a work colleague and I suggested that AI responses are based on probability and AI will always answer. I tested 2 (free) LLMs to find the name of a book. One gave me the correct title but wrong author and the other LLM vice versa. Both were definite in their answers. #AI #ML
