The baskets are from Ronni-Leigh Goeman, the 2nd image depicts a survivor of the boarding schools protecting her younger brother. The third is a tribute to the indigenous women of all nations who have gone missing.

Last week, I had the pleasure of running a game of Star Wars RPG. My ragtag team of players found themselves onboard an Imperial Star Destroyer overrun with the undead, Death Troopers. Here's a quick sketch of the group by @hyll.bsky.social (who played a radical Rebel 'saboteur').

From the Persian section, the bull's head is dated to circa 486-424 BCE and the human-headed bull is dated to 486-465 BCE. Both are from the Achaemenid period and possibly even the same reign of Xerxes I. The glazed bricks are inscribed in Old Persian with a message attributed to Xerxes himself.

Seeing pictures of these my whole life was one thing, seeing how massive they were in person was another. Truly felt overwhelmed by their stature and amazed such impressive work was made thousands of years ago. The lamassu and relief are from the royal palace of Sargon II (721–705 BCE).
