I've been REALLY loving City the Animation! Everyone's saying it but this week's episode was a technical marvel. Also it was genuinely just extremely charming on all fronts

Also I haven't mentioned it here yet, but I really do love that Mega Dragonite. They were already one of my favorite dragon types, but that really put them over the edge for me 🧡

Lots of really neat stuff shown off during the direct, a couple days ago! I think the highlights on everyone else's list were the same for me, but I'm also really excited for the new AI Somnium Files game and the Raidou remake!

I can't believe 2024's coming to a close. There's a lot of resolutions I have for the next year, but one of the biggest ones is to definitely practice my JP more..! I'm guilty of getting a bit lazier with it as the year's gone on.

Next year I want to try and go to a local Pokemon TCG tournament! Maybe not to participate, but just to see what it's like! Possibly make more friends irl...

Went to a local card shop to see if there was any Celebi cards, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything. I did however get this Copycat card because she's so adorable! How could I not?

My 4 year old daughter said to me "daddy, why did the Bandai Namco corporation greenlight the Baten Kaitos duology before the Xenosaga trilogy? Are they not more tied to the existing Xenoblade franchise thus a higher chance of commercial success?"

I've been doing more N5 practice with my Japanese and actually feel myself having an easier time reading. It's only a matter of time before I'm ready to take the test... I'm so excited...
