iirc neon glow has long since been detached from its material properties. the way neon works in the modern engine is that it acts like a full-bright emission material and the neon glow threshold is decided via bloom effects (including not having one, since it falls back to roblox's default bloom)

i worked extremely hard to get it to a stable enough 1.0.0 version! i understand that this isn't going to be for everyone, but it's always been a set of tools that i've had on standby for years in the form of older plugins. those ones are still free and still available to use!

deformed meshes seems like the only way this could be done currently now that you mention it

each bone can be mapped to a noise function and each tile can have unique displacement

i do hope that you've made LOD variants for further out distances from the camera tho lol

im really curious to know how you handled the water? it is very clearly a far cry from terrain water but im not immediately assuming you're using the new mesh apis either since they throttle often

either way im seriously impressed! well done!
