An optional splash of red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegrette when served is nice too.

Officials now say the problem has been resolved. If you were turned away or didn’t want to vote provisionally earlier, please head back to your polling place, you are still eligible to cast your ballot. Every vote counts, and no one should miss their chance to be heard.

Some voters say they have received an advisory that said they already voted by mail and returned their ballot.
