Just finished Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. I will give my specific thoughts in this thread.
Rating: 9.8/10
I have so much to say so bear with me. My favorite characters were Ed, Al, Winry, Mustang, Hawkeye, Scar, Greed, and both Armstrongs.

I took points off because this anime did have some annoying plot armor for Envy and Pride. Even with that it is still near perfect because it’s not that big of a deal. This is safely a top 4 anime series and I will be add it to my top 5. Feel free to ask for any thoughts as well.

The writing and plot twists were fun. The philosopher stone and the truth were much more complex than they seemed. Wish we got some more information on certain things because some of it was very vague. I also wish Ed and Al got their mom back.

The power system is one of the most unique systems in anime. I loved how the second half the series becomes an entire process of secretly eliminating homunculi. At first I hated Hohenheim because he’s a deadbeat dad but I respect him now after seeing what he was doing all along.

The dynamic between Ed and Al is one of the best in anime. Most people can relate to doing something wrong with your sibling but one of you receives more punishment than the other. I love how Al reassures Ed that he doesn’t resent him because it was both of their faults.
