TweetDelete is a third party app that I have not used but recommended

Log into your account, go to your profile settings, navigate to "Account" or "Data and permissions," and then select "Download an archive of your data"

I suggest you download an archive of your tweets, run TweetDelete, and deactivate your account. X will not let you do it in bulk nor only delete the account.

You have to deactivate your account so that the platform does not have access to your personal information.
