I took a short break from my main project to work on something short and quick this week. I decided on Asteroids as it was the first project I made in Game Maker. I want to create a tutorial of this for beginners in UE, similar to the one I followed in GM.

After so much headache I finally got my screen warping to work properly 😭

First dev log of my most recent project Galaxy Hopper. I've got my basic character movement in, screen warping, and a draft sprite for the character.
Looking forward, I want to add hazards, collectables, a vs mode against npcs, and some mechanics to interact with platforms.
