President Trump has vein insufficiency. He has swelling in his legs and hands. Yes its lymphedema and I have suffered from lymphedema for 16 years. Lymphedema is manageable but very painful and difficult mentally. There is no none cure.

Well I had no nurse today, thank God. I was free to do what I wanted however it was way to hot to walk to Richmond Terrace Park. I had my Mindfulness therapy class today online it was so interesting. Amy Susssman taught us Box Breathing. I enjoy learning new ways to deal with my anxiety.
