For the life of me, I don’t know why I tune in every Sunday with any hope at all. 45 years worth of being a sucker, since we had a 4th quarter lead against Dallas in the ‘81 playoffs. I wonder when I’ll be done with them? Is it the curse of Sherman?

I read Not Without Peril before hiking up the Tuckerman Ravine Trail in 2006, so I was prepared. 78 degrees at the Pinkham Notch Visitors Center, 35 degrees at the summit with a howling wind. It was no joke.
I was grateful for the Van shuttle back down. Best $25 I’ve ever spent.

It makes me warm and fuzzy inside to know that trump will NEVER get over Biden defeating him. He’ll be on his deathbed whispering “Biden” over and over like Charles Foster Kane did with “Rosebud”.
