Not sure if you have it but the setting to REQUIRE alt text at the very least makes it impossible to end up forgetting ^^

There MAYBE was a last-minute work memo I caught the day before Halloween saying we could dress up. MAYBE I rushed to a nearby Spirit Halloween at 8AM the next day to buy some stuff I was missing. MAYBE I ended up arriving to work in a hastily put together vampire costume with makeup.

Heads up to anyone new to Bluesky! It's been community common courtesy to enable the "Require alt text before posting" setting! As described by Bluesky themselves: "describes images for blind and low-vision users, and helps give context to everyone." I believe it also shows up in searches and feeds!
The Settings on the Bluesky Android app: What you need is on Basics > Accessibility. A screenshot of the accessibility settings on the Bluesky Android app: Under "Accessibility Settings", then "Alt text", switch the "Require alt text before posting" option on.
