As much as we train our bodies, it’s important to train our minds as well. Love incorporating puzzles in #physed. Another core competency of #SEL is responsible-decision making. Give students opportunities to identify/solve problems. This is called ‘the fish’. Can you solve it?

One of the core competencies of #SEL is relationship skills. Through team-building activities in #physed, students learn so many valuable skills that translate outside the classroom. This game is called ‘Adventure Island’ & students have to work together from one side of the gym to the other.
