Of course there is always two sides to a story.

The things I was written up for were the exact things she would also make mistakes on.

Never put up with an overly micromanaging boss, or delude yourself worth cuz I’m gonna need some extra therapy after this lol

“You never told me during the interview that you had ADD”.
“Your work process stresses me out, I’m very type A, and you’re definitely not”.
“I can’t tell what you’re thinking right now, are you even listening”.

All while I’m making direct eye contact and trying to hear out her critiques.
