1 - that RT operated the tool is v interesting. At SIO we described “covert social” activity (fake accts) as one quadrant within much broader integrative full spectrum propaganda strategy that Russia (etc) use alongside overt state prop channels.

The rocket seen in the video was not intercepted by air defenses and was heading straight for its target, which was precisely the Ohmatdyt hospital below.
