I don’t know how much damage the strikes do and ordinarily how long they would take to fix, but presumably with the manpower sent to the frontlines, the ones who have fled the country and the lack of skilled foreigners prepared to assist, these are multiplying effects.

I thought the EU, its member states and associates had provided much more financial support than the USA, but the US had provided more military aid, at least for the first few years. Then again I suppose a lot of the money went on munitions and factories so indistinguishable.

This is just arms and munitions. Is actual money in addition to that?
