Maybe any password typed on their AZERTY keyboard ends up with a symbol, number, and uppercase letter.

The AI's clearly need some help in that department

How many of you have a mug in your kitchen with a dead URL on it?

Ah so that explains the piles of clothes I sometimes see on the street and in supermarket car parks.

Well this one managed to get 583 views but otherwise most of these #AIslop videos get no views or in the single digits.

What a huge waste of resources.

I modified the through hole component version of the ePlop KeepAlive so that it worked more like the circuit on Mr Carlson's Lab youtu.be/lOL3ic8msas

All this was to make a Useless Machine with a difference. Instead of switching itself off, this one Hertz itself.

Yup, I built all this for a Dad joke

Been a while since I breadboarded a non-trivial #electronics project. NE555 IC astable oscillator controls the RPM of a spinning disk driven by a DC motor, with the help of a photo interrupter sensor, full bridge rectifier, and a counterfeit LM358 dual op amp

I guess users on the free tier don't have access to their "IMO gold winning AI"

I had to ask ChatGPT5 this problem twice to get a right answer

Plenty of loops just not on the ground.

My own attempt at this used an inductor ripped off of a printer PCB, rectified by one signal diode and regulated by a TL431A

What Altman says "having PhD-level experts in your pocket" he really means that in the same sense as "politician in your pocket"

That much is obvious. I wondered if the "myth" was part of the AI training data or something invented by the human prompter.

So I asked ChatGPT to mythbust a fake myth. It exposed a rather poor understanding of what makes a good mythbusting example, or even examples supporting the myth.

If Vanessa Wingårdh needs to prove she's not AI generated she could try writing a few words around the outside of a vase that holds a burning candle.

Google's VEO model generated this #AIslop for that prompt.
And their latest model isn't much better according to @pivot-to-ai.com.web.brid.gy

Inspired by Tim Hunkin's recent "Secret Life of Components" video on gears I've tried to reassemble these parts of a worm gear that was likely salvaged from a printer. The teeth of the pinion gear are not an exact fit with these Vex Robotics gears but the pitch seems to be close enough to mesh
