This is so very lovely. I love other artists takes too but this one hits just right. It just appears to radiate his kindness and loneliness. I adore his eyes, that's the exact shade I imagined it being. The clothing? Perfection. The detail in the heavy jewelry adorning him.

Oof. I'm going tbh I did not finish the books because I realized I was going to be wrecked emotionally. Most of their books have this realistic ugliness that I couldn't deal with at the time. I might give it another go though. I've heard a lot of good things about what you're reading though
