Words once spoken are like toothpaste squeezed out of a tube. You cant put them back. At work, it’s important to communicate thoughtfully, be grateful for the support we receive. Mental health is never an excuse to be nasty. If you cant offer constructive feedback, it’s often best to reflect quietly

Shallow travelers mistake novelty for superiority, swooning over mundane foreign things while dismissing their own culture. They reduce countries to Instagram props & miss their depth. Travel should broaden the mind and not shrink the mind into clueless comparisons and self-loathing!
