This is Boris Volkov, my primary OC and Sona! He is a cyberpunk inspired polar bear! He was an experiment made by Arasaka and thrown into the harsh and wild Night City to see how well he plays with the different corps and gangs that plague the streets and line the hands of the NCPD!
