I fully agree and I think that's why I never enjoyed Dark Souls 2 as much as other From games. Plenty of good writing in it, but a completely disjointed world that I don't get immersed in at all.

This kind of discussion erupts every time a company releases a "gameplay trailer" showcasing gameplay from customly staged perspectives. I thought people would be used to it by now.

What are your issues with the menu? Found them confusing in the beginning, but since I realised you can directly switch between Pictos and Lumina it's been smooth sailing.

You asked for new God of War like games: I heard that Soulstice fits that mould. Haven't played it myself yet, but it's installed on the Steam Deck and am excited to try it out.

Alaba has played hundreds of matches as an LB, he's not just a CB. And I'm sure he'll do very well.

Thank you! Definitely hesitant to add another subscription, especially an annual one. But I'll check it out. If it's not suuuper expensive I feel like it would be easily worth it.

Really hope this isn't about Monster Hunter. Nevertheless, astonishing how *pretty* Avowed is. Not a word I'd use for many games

I guess it's also more a performance question, especially if the game is more taxing on hardware.
