I was hoping that Pathé would get around to showing a horror or science fiction #MysteryClassic. unfortunately, November's Forrest Gump is not that. Sinise is *excellent* in it, so not disappointed.

Yesterday (not a mystery classic) I saw Back to the Future in the cinema. In some ways also disappointing, but that's more due to the horrible sound mixing for this release. The music seemed to be in surround (or something like it) but all dialogue and action only came from the center front speaker.

Last month's #MysterClassic at Pathé was Beetlejuice. It wasn't quite as enjoyable as I remembered it. I hope that won't happen to Edward Scissorhands if I rewatch it.

To be fair, if The Beatles had stayed together, nobody had died, and they had broken up tomorrow, it likely still would have been too soon.

I hope that next month, they'll have one of the big movies from 1999. That year was exceptional - well, maybe except for Episode I :P
