Longterm underfunding of Canadian #universities
There is no generalized austerity in Canada. Provincial governments are spending *way* more than they did a decade ago. They are just choosing to spend it pretty much anywhere apart from post-secondary education.

Even though we're on holiday break here at @phoenixjournal.bsky.social , we're almost ready with 78.1-2. And even if the printer might only get it out very early in 2025, it feels good to have caught up with finishing an issue in the right calendar year!!
