I find it difficult to see the multple pulmonary embolis. Had expected obstructive large central emboli in such a case but I cant see it on the video. Could you point it out on a screenshot?

Sounds reasonable to me. In my internal model its like this:
Afib <24 hours = No thrombus.
Normal TOE = No thrombus.
DOAK > 4 weeks = No thrombus.

No thrombus = No thrombus.

Or said in another way:
No thrombus + DOAK = No thrombus.

But perhaps my internal model is wrong or too risk seeking...

Agree. What if the TOE shows no thrombi, cardioversion is successful, patient put on DOAC, new Afib one week later. New TOE because not anticoagulated for four weeks?
