been dietig for a couple months now but im pretty new to it
i got back from an italy trip last week and tbh this past week i decided not to count calories and just try to eat healthy
i was a bit scared of stepping on the scale but turns out i even lost some weight AND my old jeans fit me again!!

been depressed all week since coming back to hungary i gotta say... coming back from modena to budapest is not a happy experience!! seriously considered going again in december but it seems excessive to do that yet i see no other way i can be happy

the only reason im still alive is because i still have some faith that i will get out of this country. but its getting harder to wake up every morning to go to work and to feel like there is a point to any of it. i feel the life getting sucked out of me and it never gets better.

i have spent 22 hours of today in italy. getting home is...surreal. my heart and mind are still there. being home kind of feels like im dreaming (not in a good way). like its not real.
but tomorrow when i have to get up and work it will become very real. and will very much so suck.
