People saying there's being a rapture? Did they forget it's like, entirely unpredictable? I mean, I don't think we'd be able to understand the plans of an incomprehensible being.

Reminds me of that deltarune Kirby crossover fangame. Think its plot was either Kris or Noelle created a Dark Fountain within whatever Nintendo console they were playing on (with Susie there as well) which was playing a Kirby game.

I think that's part of why I have felt more joy writing The Crow Cries at Midnight than working on Inverted Fate of late. The *atmosphere* is just more encouraging, whereas with UTDR, the amount of hostility extends to theories, too, e.g. Carol vs Dess Knight, etc.

But then I think of how negatively this climate has affected the Deltatraveler team, or how there was this big push about Undertale Yellow in the aftermath of its initial success.

I've seen others talk about how it feels like people are way more elitist about fanworks lately.

Stuff like hatewatching, hatereading, playing a fangame just to make fun of it... It concerns me, mainly because the gap between fan creator and these parts of the community is FAR smaller than a professional work.

Obviously, people will have critiques, reviews, etc, and I don't think that's bad.

Is it just me or are people becoming MORE unhinged lately? Then again, guess some of 'em lost some, okay, maybe A LOT of their sanity from lockdown.
