When I broke up a little bit over a year ago my mortgage payments were 1000/month! I had to buy back the house for it's inflated value and interest rates more than doubled brigning my payments to 1500/month, but on 1 salary. Add the taxes, electricity, insurance, etc.. it's not very sustainable.

I mean, the only reason I'm buying another Samsung is because they're luterally giving it away. They charge super slow, battery is very small, old cameras, yeah the screen is bright but no such thing as Aquatouch for example. It's just ockayish. Oppo and Xiaomi and most chinese brands (honor etc) 😘
