While Elsa was somewhat used to working with stand-offish people, they usually were the politicians from her homeland and not the friendly Cast Members that inhabited Walt Disney World.

"My apologies––do you have a preferred way of being addressed then...?"

Gods bless whoever decreed all the Cast wear name tags; it helped speed along introductions nicely.

—Anna, whenever she came to the Parks, absolutely thrived with the interactions. She loved hugging children and talking to the older guests… she was just a natural people-person.

It was a paradox why someone so quiet and people-adverse as Elsa would *want* to do something like a ‘meet-and-greet’ at a crowded park where everyone seemed to already know everything about her. However, Elsa tried to look at the experience like an exercise in getting out of her normal shell.—
