Did you know alligator snapping turtles were almost eaten to extinction? It was so commonplace to eat them that even Campbells used to make soup with them! They're an example of why the Endangered Species Act is SO important, without it we may not have had these turtles alongside us today!

A nice female cross orbweaver spider I relocated off my parents porch before they washed/retained it. Put her in a spot where hopefully the eggs she lays at the end of this season are in a good spot.
