As you said, IF the turkey is being made by someone who knows what they're doing. In my personal experience, that is a VERY big IF. And I feel Ham is a more versatile leftover. Green bean casserole is my vote off.

My enthusiastic support to both of you! I'm on Zepbound and trying to lose weight since my doctor determined how much my new job was messing up my knee. The dietary changes have been hard. I miss carbs and all my bad food habits.
