Completing my annual FBI security clearance while battling a head cold - is this one of the rings of hell?

Been loosely working on a song about everyone who leaves SVU bc they’re kicked out or leave of their own accord. It’s about how many other jobs there are that they could do. It’s gonna be really bad but it makes me happy. It will never see the light of day beyond my bedroom.

My boss just told me to “get some rest”. I think he meant to say “have a good weekend” but I’m gonna use that as an excuse to take a nap.

If one more person at work tries to talk to me about God I’m gonna throw a bible at their face. Shut up.

There are very few things in life a French bread pizza can’t fix.

Every time I watch American Psycho it reminds me of 2 specific exes. Makes me wanna give past Anne a big ol hug then shake her by the shoulders.

Jeff woke me up to say goodbye before he went to work and I went into a 3 minute monologue about eye care in our country bc I fell asleep with my contacts in. Apparently I need more sleep before I go to work. 🙃

Stumbled upon the OG Perry Mason and so far I’m quite into it. I guess I’ll try to watch the newer one again soon.

Saturday mornings (for me) are for listening to the Distillers and doing laundry until you can fall asleep again. And drinking massive amounts of tea. Feeling quite angsty lately.

So far today I’ve been listening to Yellowcard and Bryan Adams so it’s safe to say I’m in a very mediocre place mental health wise.

Not trying to be an asshole but I kinda love seeing an Escalade with a flat tire.

Idk whether to be proud that I’m just now craving a cigarette 3+ hours into my work day, or disappointed that one particularly irritating email could suddenly make me feel like I “need” to smoke. I’m gonna go with proud for now…

The new kids at the office are cute sometimes but mostly annoying. I feel like I’m in high school again…
