This differs from an archive in that they want to rebuild the links between pages and replicate the full website.

A friend of mine was an insurance adjuster before he retired. His job was to decide whether to pay out or deny a claim.
He said the insurance company encouraged people like him to find creative ways to deny claims and save the company money.
The more claims he denied, the bigger his bonus.
