Insomniac outdid themselves with their Spider-Man games. I have platinum’d on all of them and still find myself web swinging through NYC in Spider-Man 2. This game has nearly everything I could want in a Spider-Man game (multiplayer next plz!) It’s a shame there won’t be any DLC for the sequel

Insomniac outdid themselves with their Spider-Man games. I have platinum’d on all of them and still find myself web swinging through NYC in Spider-Man 2. This game has nearly everything I could want in a Spider-Man game (multiplayer next plz!) It’s a shame there won’t be any DLC for the sequel
It has been decades since I played Final Fantasy VIII but it was the first FF game I ever played and set the tone for all entries in the series for me. Even though most of this game has faded from memory the score remains brilliant and intact.

What Remains of Edith Finch blows me away with its incredible storytelling. Each tale is expertly woven through this family tapestry of haunting tragedy.

Left 4 Dead 2 is everything I loved about Left 4 Dead with more. Again, another successful game from Valve that we will never see more of. I have nothing but the fondest memories of killing zombies until the sun came up on the sweaty try hard mode with the old squad. We beat the game on that mode 💪

I remember going to see a live demo of Portal 2 at PAX East and was floored. The writing, the voice acting, the graphics everything was fantastic. I liked the first entry a lot but this one took everything I liked about the first game and improved upon it. Can’t wait for Portal 3 😏

I had played many superhero games before this one but they were always missing something. That something was immersion. From the moment I stepped into Arkham Asylum I felt like Batman. No expense was spared in this series and it set the standard for comic book based video games for years to come.

The Stanley Parable was one of the first games I ever bought on the recommendation of “you just need to play it.” They were, of course, right. This game begs you to try and break it and think outside your comfort zone. I don’t think I’ll ever have another experience quite like The Stanley Parable.

If you think this game is trash then you either do not like Devil May Cry as a series or you’ve never played it. This game is a great alt world Devil May Cry campy angsty pretty people game that DMC5 took notes from.

THE LAKE HOUSE was so damn GOOD!! I wish it wasn’t over (maybe I’ll do an offline run) Expertly paced, clues appropriately placed! A great moral it it too!!
