3. These are the two I have the biggest problem with. It affects all killers universally on paper, but will not affect them all universally in game. A Nurse is not gonna have an issue slugging in 90 seconds. But a TRAPPER? Same w tunneling

2. This is ALMOST really cool. I REALLY like this overall concept and really like its effect that varies. It acknowledges higher and lower tier. HOWEVER. Following that. All killers get equal punishments. And that is where I think they fall off.

In other news THIS is pwetty cool! I think that changing the timing for a survivor being let go is the best way to reduce the chance of the kidnap exploit + still keeping the actual INTENDED version of the vault in the game

Also not bad changes. Just weird changes.
It’s a different direction for how I personally would have dealt with the annoying aspects of Kaneki but I don’t mind them.
It prevents him from feeling clunkier for higher level gameplay while also feeling less frustrating for survivor
