my kids are getting a BINDER of family history from me before they leave the house and strike out on their own. the family tree is RIFE with gossip and it's my job to make sure they know ALL of it lol

this just gave me a flashback to the time i was hanging with my siblings and talk turned to our grandma being "a worrier," which was core to her identity/the family lore, and my sister was like "AKA SHE HAD ANXIETY" and yes but also 🤯 and 🙋‍♀️
