I went to parkrun with my friend today. She mad my lil bear a Christmas jumper. He is so happy. See how happy parkrun can make you feel especially when you don’t want to go!

Parkrun 450 achieved today. Quite proud of that considering I was told to stop running after number 50!

Thinking of completing the London classics. It will be bloody tough, but I have done the marathon, so just cycle 100 miles and swim 2 to do. Shall I or not before my body gives up??

I am so down I’m struggling to get back up. So, I’m doing the decluttering as this often helps. If you have time please help keep me motivated. Right now it’s time for LK on TV then the wardrobe bekons. I’m awful at throwing this away, but I have to. Vinted and the tip I hope will do well!

I had a lovely day yesterday. Parkrun with friends, then my handyman did some jobs for me then off to a local free festival and met a couple of friends. Before you ask yes I made a good donation! What a lovely day. Today I’m reading my book and housework.
