Walked a little over 1 mile today. I plan to keep this up until next Tuesday for my final physical therapy session where I can ask how to start returning to my 2 1/2 to 5 mile periodic walks. Beefcake Michael Vega!. My song selection today is an ode to how my diet is going.🤣
