The amount of music being released is staggering. Bandcamp alone. It's overwhelming. I do teach my kids to listen to albums, so that they have that experience, and can talk to their peers about that old nonsense some time in the future.

It's stress free here. While I'd love more heads to come over, I find it really nice and chill here.

I like that. I think this goes for all great art. How many times how authors not talked about how the book just wrote itself, and they had no idea where it came from. Personally I would like documentaries to focus on the history of the culture, particular people and events.

I think any film maker have to be respectful and informed about the culture and music to a high degree. It's not an easy task. But it's important cultural heritage. People really think Techno was and is a bunch of white boys being lazy with drummachines.

Same here. I could watch documentaries of the origins of all the major genres of electronic music. All we have are interviews here and there. There is a massive cultural void here that needs to be filled by skilled and knowledgeable docu film makers.
