Fully agree, but it’s soul draining. We’ll be traveling next week, looking at more affordable and less red places. Lol

Floridian (unfortunately) here. They do not care about quality construction, here. Lots of “hurricane proof” homes that were built last year now all have tarps on their roofs and boarded windows after Milton. And yeah…my dad worked construction most of his life. Worker safety = nonexistent.
