Had the same issues with search. It's really frustrating that all tools are turned off if you don't opt in. I solved the massive InBox problem by creating multiple InBoxes and started curating from there. Good luck!

In this particular case, I'm referring to both. The lawsuit seems to be related to smart features. The deep research is another layer that also draws on personal data. I sent out some emails this morning for further clarification.
