DNF if I’m not fully engaged after 50 pages (35 if it’s really bad). I may try again someday… I may not. Life is too short to read stuff I’m not fully appreciating.

I’m so happy to see The Bean doing her thing! She was really something.

I read that from the library first, then drove all over Kansas City, Mo to buy it so I could read it again and again (I realized I needed to own it, it was so powerful). I work with DNA and this was a painful but important read for me. I quote it often.

Ebooks and paperbacks, mostly. Arthritis makes hardbacks really painful to hold. Audiobooks just don’t do it for me as I like to read some bits several times and refer back if I want.
