The way people treat animals is absolutely disgusting. He's a male cockatiel and he barely makes sounds.
He was returned twice for "being too loud" and I can only assume They did something to make him scared.
I'm so happy he feels safe with me that I can pet him now but god my heart hurts.

Sadly, ghost was returned twice before I adopted him and I know he didn't have feathers like that when he originally came to the store. The fact that he has several tail feathers that end in a flat cut, and is terrified of me touching him, makes me so angry. He's not even a year old, he's a bird.
