Stating the obvious: SCOTUS' responsibility is to ensure the legality of Executive policies. If a president's signature policies are illegal they must rule for the Constitution & the Union, not for a lawless President.

He's an Independent who caucuses with the Democrats & so the wrong person to be asking this question, as waffling is his modus operandi.
