So while there may not technically be a cap, the courts will want to see good cause for each new appeal. At some point, it's better to let a sleeper sentence lie!

I totally understand how your wife feels - teaching is a hard job! I switched to a more flexible career in educational consulting which allowed me to still work with students and teachers but without the day job.

I don’t need a crystal ball to predict that Trump will blame Democrats, immigrants, the LGBTQ community, and minorities for any negative news, and he will not hesitate to claim credit for any positive achievements, even if they occurred long before he took office
