When I put my house on the market I got a letter from a company telling me they’ll buy it off me and to email them for a price (googled them and it said they only offer you 85% of the asking price) the letter said leave a 5⭐️ review and go into a prize draw 😱

Maybe complete the form and send it in with an explanation of the circumstances, some benefits take into account a date of claim so once the deputy ship has been awarded they will be able to go back to that date. Deputyships take so long I wouldn’t delay the claim if possible.

Is the person able to sign? Attendance allowance forms are online, I’d be tempted to help them complete it and get them to sign it if they are able to as I’ve never heard of it being backdated due to waiting for someone to be appointed.
