Reading is Resistance.
Knowledge is Power.

Read with your kids.
Read with your spouse or partner.
Read with your friends.
Read with your classmates

Join a book club.
Form a book club.

Resist this vile, fascist regime.
Resist these monstrous evildoers

Reading is Resistance.
Knowledge is Power.

Skipping recess to read #Medusa! Out in paperback tomorrow. Pick it up in time to read this Greek-myth inspired adventure before the sequel #TheGodsRevenge hits on April 22.
Nothing beats a book club to prep for an author visit especially when the book is Medusa by @katherinemarsh.bsky.social. 50+ fourth and fifth graders are skipping recess to dive into this great book! #saintsread

Everything Is Tuberculosis by @johngreensbluesky.bsky.social is a must read. U.S. public health systems are being sabotaged and dismantled with far reaching and deleterious impacts on global healthcare. This incredibly informative work could not be released at a better time.

Sharing incredible books today (and everyday) celebrating Black excellence during our African American Read In. Thanks to @dontate.bsky.social @philbildner.bsky.social, and Glenda Armand for writing about topics kids love: ice cream, high fives, and video games. #AARI25

The Last Zookeeper @storybreathing.bsky.social won our first-grade Mock Caldecott this year. These readers absolutely loved the story and illustrations and made many connections with @peterbrownstudio.com The Wild Robot.
