So overall it is my spleen’s fault that the winter jacket i wore thru 7ish years of weight fluctuations isn’t going to work for this year. The spleen & I will be entering mediation at a future date

Now that we know my mysterious spleen + liver have been expanding to press up against my rib cage from the inside, I am feeling comfortable referring to recent weight increases as “my spleen weight.”
