In regards to the Celsius case, do you have any opinion as to the odds of the court/judge enforcing a clawback? I feel their current offer at ~27% is a bit harsh, but seems like they'd be setting quite a precedent if successful. Only other major case I'm aware of that pulled it off was Madoff

Could it be Ark Intel? They’re platform is incredibly useful and the UI is top 1 imo, but not sure they’re classified as “dev research”…

The Block Research? Again, doesn't seem they're currently doing an equity raise but they just had one in May if my research is accurate (aka Bard's research)
